Mobile notary fees in Atlanta is dependent on factors like travel distance, time of day, and the type of document.

Travel Fees

We charge a flat rate to travel to the following Metro Atlanta areas:

Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton counties - $40

All other surrounding counties - $2/mile (originating from zip code 30326)

Dispatch Rates

For signing services needed outside of standard business hours, an additional dispatch fee will be charged.

Monday-Friday

Late & Early Hours (10pm-9am) – $25

Evening Hours (7pm-10pm) – $10

Saturdays

Late & Early Hours (10pm-8am) – $30

Weekend Daytime Hours (9am-5pm) – $10

Evening Hours (5pm-10pm) – $20

Sunday

Late & Early Hours (10pm-8am) – $30

Afternoon and Evening Hours (8am-10pm) - $10

Holidays

Appointment required on a Federal holiday – $25

Special Appointment Rates

• Appointments by the Hour – $40 per hour; book the presence of a Notary Public on your premises for extended periods of time.  Dispatch and Travel fees are additional.

• Hospice / Assisted Living / Hospital Appointment Fee* – $30 + standby rate per each additional half hour after the first hour elapses. Dispatch and Travel fees are additional.

• Standby Rate – $20 per each half-hour held or waiting to commence scheduled notarial acts at a prearranged time, date, and location.

• Witnesses Provided– $30 per witness if provided by us. Witnesses may be provided by you the client, but all witnesses must meet the criteria of being 18 or older, possessing current government-issued identification, and not being a party, beneficiary, or signer of the document being notarized.

• I-9 Verification – $20 per employee. Dispatch and Travel fees are additional.

• Field Inspection** – $45 per report, inclusive of written assessments and photographic and/or videographic support. Dispatch and Travel fees are not referenced by this rate and will added when applicable. Standby rates will apply if the Notary is required to wait to gain access to a property.  

• Courier Services – Travel rate to pickup location + $1.25 per mile from pickup location to delivery location. After-hours, weekend, and holiday dispatch fees are not referenced by our per-mile rate, and will be added where applicable.
